Our Methodology is based on the understanding that the maintanance of belts goes beyond just spicing. The Complete Conveyors Care(CCC) methodology is continuos improvement process by which information is fed through the system and maintanance actions are executed based on the gathered knowledge, leading to a continuos maintanace process.
As part of our maintanance methodology, we have inspectors that gather information on the belt and accessories, and record all activities We have on-site splicers, presses and equipment to perform any planned and emergency work on the belts. BBE is not a splicing as part of our methodology. We have customized reports and contain activities on each belt.
